The project
432 Design bought the building at 2875 W State Route 89A in downtown Sedona — across from the fire department, two blocks from City Hall, originally the home of Sedona Sheet Metal.
The top two units were tired apartments. They were gutted to the studs and rebuilt as two fully-furnished rental units: full mechanical and electrical rework, new finishes throughout, delivered as finished, operating units rather than a shell.
The rest of the building became the firm's own shop and R&D space for ten years, and is where 432 Design was founded.
